I am happy to introduce Marcia Nieto, serving in one of the newest roles in our organization, Director of Hospitality for Chick-fil-A Victoria. Marcia joined the Chick-fil-A family in September of 2012 when she began assisting with our community outreach fundraiser events in the restaurant. She rapidly gained more responsibilities and has now led our Community Relations for over two years. Marcia is gifted with warm, genuine, heart-felt hospitality. As such, she was the natural choice to lead our Hospitality efforts. Marcia will work directly with our Service Teams as well as our Dining Room Ambassadors to anticipate our guests needs and deliver friendly, caring and helpful service on every visit.
