Dylan Salinas
Dylan Salinas is a senior at Victoria East High School. He's currently soaking in every memory possible but is so pumped to be graduating, to see what comes next and have more doors open for his future.
Dylan has been an all-star cook for us since September of 2021. He has been reliable and helpful in our back-of-house operations.
He not only serves in the restaurant but out in the community as well! Dylan has a heart for teaching CCD to group of second graders at Our Lady of Victory. Clearly, he likes to be intentional with his time, so when he's not at school, working, or at the church, you can find Dylan running his favorite trail to stay in shape.
Dylan's "after high school" plans include taking his basics at Victoria College and later transferring to Texas A&M Kingsville to attain a business degree. He has already applied and been accepted to both colleges! You could say he's been on top of things... We are sure that determination will lead to great opportunities!
You are such an asset to our Chick-fil-A Victoria Team, Dylan. We can't wait to see how far you will go and all you will accomplish post-graduation. Way to go!
Leader's Message: “Dylan never shows up late to work when he's scheduled. He greets everyone when he walks into the back and is ready to get to work. Dylan is always wanting to learn something new whether it’s on the line or somewhere else in the back-of-house. One night someone was squeegeeing the floor and Dylan asked the person “hey can you make sure you get as much of the water because Jared will come and get mad.” As weird as it sounded it showed me Dylan does care about making sure the store is not only running but stays in top condition as best as he can!”
