Leadership Limelight- Herlinda Sanchez

I proudly introduce the Restaurant Director for Chick-fil-A in Victoria Mall, Herlinda Sanchez. After gaining years of restaurant leadership experience, Herlinda began her career with Chick-fil-A in March of 2009. Her relational style has endeared her not only to her team, but to her guests as well.  She’s focused on the details from cleanliness to service to quality and everything in between.  

After serving as the Assistant Director for Service at our Whispering Creek location, building a dedicated team for our evening hours, she has earned the responsibility of managing the overall restaurant operation. We look forward to putting her relationship skills and attention to detail to work making big changes at our Victoria Mall Restaurant for the team and guests alike!
