I would like to introduce
you to two people that lead our Quality efforts at the Whispering Creek
Restaurant. Patricia Pena (referred to
as Miss Pat by many) is one of our Assistant Directors of Quality & Food
Safety. She began with Chick-fil-A in November of 2000. She is mother to Amy Lacy, our Executive
Director of Operations, and her granddaughter (Amy’s oldest) is a rising star
on our drive-thru team. Pat’s experience and wisdom are critically valuable in
leading our dedicated kitchen team! Her support with the kitchen and prep teams, ensure every guest gets the delicious
food they expect on every single visit!
